SRS believes that it offers an important and valuable professional service to its candidates and clients.

If you have a specialist skill which you have more than likely gained through many years service with one of the UK's Armed Forces, we would like to hear from you.

SRS is centred around those that have served with any of the three UK services or with those from abroad. We have many candidates who have left the forces in past years and now combine a wealth of specialist experience gained within both the military and commercial sectors.

SRS also provides a valuable service for those that are looking for their first civilian role having decided to leave the services.
